2020 Winter/Christmas Workshops
Although the Nouveau 19 Coronavirus does not affect Elves or Santa it does for the rest of us pose a risk and so we have agonized about our workshops for over 2 months. Upon lots of reflection and talking with the health care industry we have made a decision to go ahead and host this year’s 2020 winter/Christmas workshops… with some very important changes.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING
Important information regarding our 2020 Winter Workshops
- There will be only 12 guests per class
- 19’ between guests (workshops this year will be in our main greenhouse)
- Guests will enter through a separate door
- Masks must be worn into the greenhouse and remain on until you enter your vehicle to leave
- Staff must wear a mask at all times
- Plastic see-through masks that rest on your chin and face shiel
ds are not acceptable you will not be allowed into the workshop area (please see images at bottom)
- Sanitize your hands when entering the workshop area
- Please STAY HOME if you’re not feeling well, when you are feeling better (or have a family member/friend) you can pick up curbside the materials from the workshop you registered for (or) we can make it for you!
- Cancelled workshops’ are non-refundable you can transfer your spot to a friend or you can pick up at your convenience the kit from your workshop
- Making a second item? We need time to clean between each workshop, therefore, you will not have time to make a second item however please mention to our staff at the time of registration if you would like a second item and we will be happy to have all the materials ready for you to take home to do.
- Want to come with a friend? we suggest registering at the same time
- Workshops are one and a half hours in length
- Workshops are being held in our greenhouse where will have 8700 ft2 to spread out
- What to wear? Layers! It will not be heated, we will be standing on a brick floor and if the sun is out it will be warm enough for you to take off your jackets however no sun the temperature will only be around 10 degrees warmer than outside
- Arriving at your workshop on time is essential as we need time to clean and organize between each workshop
- Please prepare yourself for morning or afternoon
- All workshops must be paid for at the time of registration

Private Workshops
We are limited for private workshops this year, it will be on a first come first serve bases. When things return to (whatever “normal” is) we will resume with evening workshops hopefully in 2021! Please call for appointment times – only 12 guests per private workshops or minimum of 8 to book.
